This film is a masterpiece. Every thing of The Pact Ii is outstanding. A performance that has no weak moments. The Pact Ii is pretty damn good piece of art, it took my breath!. It is a sensational, tense movie from start to finish. I am a huge fan of Dallas Richard Hallam Patrick Horvath and this movie was his finest work last time. I loved all of the actors, even the enemies of the main character. Not many "excellent" movies that have ever been released. Is The Pact Ii the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. The Pact Ii is a living masterpiece. This movie is an art, at it's very best form.
