One of the most original movies directed by James Bridges is The China Syndrome. This is the film which deserve 6 stars out of 5. The storyline is carefully and smartly written, the characters development is very good written too. It tells important lesson about how you should live your life to it's fullness. I'am the biggest fan of The China Syndrome and The China Syndrome for me is his best production. The China Syndrome is one of those films where no sigle character gives a weak play. The China Syndrome has difficult to explain energy that fills me every time I watch it. The China Syndrome is stunning and only a retard wouldn't watch it at least once in his life. The China Syndrome's definitely worth to see.

A news reporter and her cameraman are unintentional witnesses to a SCRAM incident, an emergency core shutdown procedure at a nuclear power plant in California. Something is terribly wrong at the plant, but its owners are more interested in finances and public relations, and cover the entire matter up.
