Strike One has a reputation of one of the best films of all time. The directing by David Llauger Meiselman is always superb. The acting is just incredible (especially Danny Trejo, I'm sure no one expected that). In conclusion Strike One is just absolutely awesome, that's why it is considered one of the 5 greatest movies of all time. I'm certain that Strike One will continue to live for centuries. I can't stop thinking about Strike One today, I certainly won't be able to concentrate at my job tomorrow.

The movie tells the story of Juan Garcia, a boy on the threshold of manhood living in a gang-controlled neighborhood, who finds that he might be able to get by in his neighborhood, but possibly never get out because he is affiliated with gang-related activities.
