Murder by Numbers is not your ordinary Hollywood crappy movie, it carries really deep message. If the watcher does not like Thriller type of movies, he will watch the whole movie and have great fun. One word, cool!. I watched this movie three times and I liked it the same every single one even more. Barbet Schroeder made this movie at a great steady pace along with amazing writing. Skills of actors are just impressive, especially Sandra Bullock. Murder by Numbers will be forever living movie. No matter how many years passed and no matter how many times you saw it. From the start to the end I was impressed, and if you like well done movies I'm sure you'll feel same. This movie is an art, at it's very best form.

The body of a young woman is found in a ditch in the woods of the small California coastal town of San Benito. The two gifted high school students who thought they had executed the "perfect" murder must become engaged in an intellectual contest with a seasoned homicide detective.
