This film is a masterpiece. Every thing of Charlie Chaplin: The Kid is outstanding. This is the film which deserve 6 stars out of 5. The storyline is carefully and smartly written, the characters development is very good written too. You do not need to like Comedy films to enjoy time spent on watching this film. I'am the biggest fan of Charlie Chaplin: The Kid and Charlie Chaplin: The Kid for me is his best production. I liked the characters, all of them, even the antagonists were unforgettable, especially Charles Chaplin. In conclusion Charlie Chaplin: The Kid is just absolutely awesome, that's why it is considered one of the 5 greatest movies of all time. Charlie Chaplin: The Kid is stunning and only a retard wouldn't watch it at least once in his life. I can't stop thinking about Charlie Chaplin: The Kid today, I certainly won't be able to concentrate at my job tomorrow.

The movie is about a little tramp who discovers a little orphan and brings him up. Years later the devoted "father and son" are threatened by meddling social workers, until the climactic return of his real mom smooths out things for all, including our hero.
