One of the most original movies directed by Ken Kwapis is Big Miracle. A performance that has no weak moments. The movie is an extraordinary piece of the moviemaking top class. Big Miracle has a reputation of one of the best films of all time. I am a huge fan of Ken Kwapis and this movie was his finest work last time. The acting is just incredible (especially Drew Barrymore, I'm sure no one expected that). I loved Big Miracle from the first sight. Is Big Miracle the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. Really I can't stop thinking about Big Miracle.

The film covers Operation Breakthrough, the 1988 international effort to rescue a family of gray whales that is discovered near the Arctic Circle, trapped by rapidly forming ice.
